• Grow the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position;
• Present and demonstrate paytech products, identifying partner needs and interest;
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, achieving and exceeding KPIs;
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering optimal paytech solutions to support business growth;
• Maintain a client-focused mindset and contribute strategically to paytech’s market leadership;
• Attend relevant events to network with prospective partners and promote paytech’s solutions.

• At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry with a solid understanding of the structure and organization of a payment gateway or payment institution;
• Proven experience as an active sales professional or business development manager;
• Ability to find optimal and well-balanced solutions with a focus on business growth;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present effectively at all levels, including C-suite audiences;
• Superior self-organization and discipline with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments;
• English (fluent);
• Nice to have: Experience working in SaaS companies.
