- Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance;

- Create tailored sourcing and market-mapping strategies;
- Leverage recruiting metrics, ATS reporting, and dashboards;

требования
- 5+ Years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments;
- International hiring experience across different functions and seniority levels;
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
- Advanced sourcing and market research capabilities;
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills;
- Excellent networking and partnership-building abilities;
- Nice to have: Experience in scale-ups or tech companies.
