- Gather hiring requirements with stakeholders and create job descriptions;
- Conduct sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels;
- Perform candidate screening and coordinate interview stages;
- Manage offers, candidate communication, and onboarding processes;
- Maintain ATS/CRM systems and recruitment reporting.
требования
- 1–3 Years of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
- Experience hiring either IT or Digital Marketing specialists;
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search;
- English level B1+;
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills;
- Proactive mindset and ownership approach;
- Nice to have: Experience with ATS/CRM systems.
