• Lead high-stakes, cross-functional projects within the Ride-Hailing division by building high-performing project squads and managing senior stakeholder relationships;
• Design, optimize, and own the operational cadence for the Ride-Hailing division to ensure alignment with corporate cross-functions;
• Facilitate critical leadership meetings, including agenda-setting, preparation, execution, and tracking of follow-up actions;
• Establish and manage frameworks for tracking key initiatives, monitoring milestones, and escalating bottlenecks;
• Support the alignment of cross-functional goals, ensure clear ownership, and manage dependencies;
• Implement AI tools to automate project tracking and optimize reporting.

• 3+ Years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations within a fast-paced tech company;
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple time zones;
• Strong operational rigor with a track record of running high-density meetings and driving consensus among senior leaders;
• Advanced proficiency with AI and automation tools for project management and reporting;
• Nice to have: Direct experience in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, or dynamic digital marketplaces, particularly within multi-market or regional operations.
