• Support clients during PCI DSS audits for merchants and service providers;
• Maintain client compliance records including audit timelines, status, scope, and documentation;
• Prepare and maintain audit evidence such as policies, procedures, and process descriptions;
• Participate in internal audits and certifications for PCI DSS v4.0, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301;
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and QSA companies;
• Develop and review internal security policies and ensure alignment with operations;
• Partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to explain requirements, close gaps, and review architecture;
• Maintain the vendor and service registry and support vendor risk management.

• 2–5 Years of experience in information security, compliance, or GRC roles;
• Practical experience with PCI DSS audits, evidence, and remediation;
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards;
• Experience with security policies, procedures, and audit documentation;
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work effectively with auditors and compliance partners;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: Fintech, payments, or regulated industry experience, Cloud security or compliance understanding (AWS), Confluence documentation experience, Basic understanding of DevOps and modern engineering workflows.
