задачи
- Develop and scale IaC (Terraform) with a modular layered architecture;
- Build and standardize CI/CD in Azure DevOps using YAML-first, reusable pipelines;
- Operate and improve Kubernetes (AKS) lifecycle, reliability, and upgrade management;
- Implement GitOps practices including PR-driven workflows and single source of truth;
- Enhance security through secretless auth, least privilege, and Key Vault integration;
- Drive automation and observability using Datadog and the LGTM stack;
- Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, mentoring, and best practices.
требования
- 5+ Years in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles;
- 3+ Years of hands-on experience with Azure as a primary cloud in multi-subscription environments;
- Strong production Kubernetes experience with multi-env and SLA-driven workloads;
- 2+ Years of Terraform at a modular/layered architecture level;
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines using YAML-first, reusable templates;
- Hands-on experience with Helm, GitOps practices, and infrastructure as code;
- Experience with mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing;
- Production on-call experience and understanding of incident response;
- Ability to work in low-process environments and establish structure from scratch;
- Proactive, mature mindset with strong ownership.
