Onside builds an alternative iOS app marketplace in the EU, providing a platform for developers to publish, distribute, and monetize applications outside the App Store. The service aims to offer increased freedom, improved monetization tools, and transparent policies for developers.
задачи
- Build core backend services in Rust to power the marketplace and payments infrastructure;
- Design and implement scalable APIs, background workers, and integrations with external partners;
- Develop non-custodial wallet logic, payouts, card issuing, and other fintech-adjacent components;
- Maintain system security, observability, and performance under real load;
- Collaborate with DevOps, Frontend, and Product teams to bring new features from design to production;
требования
- 4+ Years of hands-on backend experience with Rust or Rust combined with C++;
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, async programming, and production-grade APIs;
- Experience working in fintech, billing, or certification;
- Proficiency in English and Russian;
- Nice to have: experience with axum, tokio, PostgreSQL, sqlx, Kubernetes, GCP, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Sentry.
