Web Design Sun develops international SaaS, CRM/ERP, Web, and Cloud products.
задачи
- Design scalable, high-load, and distributed systems;
- Develop and maintain both monolithic and microservice-based architectures;
- Collaborate closely with PM, DevOps, ML teams and QA;
- Make and justify architectural decisions and trade-offs;
- Ensure technical quality, maintainability, and reliability of backend systems;
- Take ownership of backend development across projects at different maturity stages;
- Perform code reviews and support less experienced developers through mentoring and knowledge sharing;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and system architecture.
требования
- 3+ Years of commercial experience in Python;
- Deep understanding of System Design and high-load distributed systems;
- Solid understanding of architectural trade-offs in real-world applications;
- Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, including complexity analysis;
- Hands-on experience with Django + DRF and FastAPI + SQLAlchemy;
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, Redis, and ElastiCache;
- Experience with both monolithic and microservice architectures;
- Strong ownership, responsibility, and proactive mindset;
- Ability to work effectively across multiple products and services;
- English B2+, Ukrainian/Russian C1+/Native;
- Must reside outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine;
- Nice to have: Experience with cloud environments and distributed systems, previous mentoring or technical leadership experience, continuous learning mindset and participation in courses or self-development initiatives, experience working closely with ML and DevOps teams.

- Competitive compensation: $17–22/hour ($2700-3500);
