• Analyze business and technical requirements to support backend solution design for omni-retail processes;
• Develop, test and debug Java-based microservices under senior engineers’ guidance;
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and integration issues;
• Collaborate with the Support team to investigate incidents related to omni-retail and order management;
• Work with DevOps teams to understand CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows;
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

• 1–2 Years of Java development experience or strong academic foundation with demonstrable projects;
• Familiarity with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem;
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web communication concepts;
• Exposure to or interest in microservices architecture and event-driven systems;
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL;
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git;
• Interest in learning tools like Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines;
• Good communication skills and strong collaboration mindset;
• Fluent in English, written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence, interest in e-commerce, retail or luxury brand ecosystems.
