EPAM develops AI agents, backend, and frontend applications for various industries, having launched over 20 agents to accelerate innovation.
задачи
- Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components;
- Develop developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration;
- Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions;
- Use current LLM patterns such as RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use and evals to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems.
требования
- 3+ Years of professional software engineering experience;
- Skills in full-stack development;
- Background in building AI agents with TypeScript, .NET or Go;
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP;
- Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Nice to have: familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch, expertise in ML training, deployment and monitoring, understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation.
