Vallettasoftware is a custom mobile and web software developer operating in the US and Europe, specializing in website and mobile app development, enterprise systems, and AI/ML-based solutions.

• Gather and validate requirements by communicating with stakeholders and translating business needs into product solutions;
• Build prototypes independently and manage the entire feature development lifecycle through to production;
• Focus on business outcomes and product metrics such as conversion and retention;
• Implement tasks hands-on using AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code;
• Perform prompt engineering and maintain context for complex tasks;
• Take AI-generated code to a functional state.

• 5–10 Years of experience working with engineering teams;
• Strong background in backend and system development;
• Proficiency in building APIs, services, integrations, and async workflows;
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, Git, Docker, and CI/CD;
• Understanding of modern web application architecture, including frontend, backend, databases, and client-server interaction;
• English level C1;
• Ability to work in uncertainty and test hypotheses quickly;
• Hands-on experience building real projects or MVPs using AI tools;
• Nice to have: Full-stack development experience, understanding of UI/UX aspects for AI products like chats, copilots, and dashboards.

• Work in a global team of over 100 specialists from 20+ countries;
• Participation in diverse projects across fintech, medtech, AI/ML, and e-commerce;
• Client interview preparation and support.
