The DaVinci product team serves as an internal engineering and delivery environment, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and driving behavioral change across the company through modern technology and process transformation.

• Design architecture of AI agent and its interaction with other software components;
• Design and ship AI features end-to-end, including prompt logic, tool/function schemas, input/output validation, and integration with APIs/services;
• Build reliable evaluation pipelines such as golden sets, automatic metrics, and human review loops;
• Run experiments to improve quality, cost, and latency;
• Add observability, including telemetry for prompts/versions, error taxonomies, and drift detection;
• Collaborate with backend teams to define clear data contracts and stable interfaces;
• Write concise design docs.

• 5+ Years in software & data engineering;
• 1+ Years shipping LLM-powered systems at scale;
• Experience leading designs and setting standards;
• Backend engineering experience with any stack (Python, Java, .Net);
• English level B1+;
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud (AWS), Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
