- Review and shape the existing syllabus draft by validating topic sequencing and identifying gaps;
- Define clear learning objectives for each topic;
- Produce lessons using AI-gen tools while ensuring technical accuracy through fact-checking and fine-tuning;
- Design realistic hands-on projects and exercises for working engineers;
- Write supporting content including project instructions, rubrics, and reviewer guides;
- Respond to LX designer feedback and iterate on content.
требования
- 5+ Years of real-world experience as a Senior Systems Engineer;
- Proven experience designing and shipping systems at scale in a professional environment;
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind technical decisions;
- Strong technical communication skills to explain complex topics clearly;
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content drafting and iteration;
- English C1+ level;
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines independently.
