• Design and develop landing pages that communicate marketing campaigns and engage the target audience;
• Optimize landing pages for functionality, usability, and visual aesthetics across all devices and platforms;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align web designs with campaign narratives and goals;
• Conduct regular testing and updates to landing pages to ensure effectiveness and modern standards;
• Utilize design tools, including Adobe Suite and Figma, to create high-quality designs;
• Maintain design consistency across all web pages while adhering to brand guidelines;
• Monitor and analyze landing page performance and make adjustments based on visitor interaction and feedback;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve web presence.

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful landing page designs;
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma;
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI-driven design tools and platforms;
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies;
• Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration;
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently;
• Legal authorization to work in Cyprus;
• Nice to have: Understanding of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
