• Take charge of complex, high-impact design projects;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs align with the mission;
• Champion innovation by experimenting with new design techniques and technologies;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing user experiences;
• Conduct extensive user research, translating insights into innovative design solutions;
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, continuously striving for perfection;
• Advocate for design best practices, demonstrating the value of design in product development;
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, applying them to projects.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI Design;
• Solid English skills;
• Experience working fully remotely and communicating asynchronously;
• Proven experience in designing mobile and web applications, ideally within healthcare, finance, or technology sectors;
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc;
• Deep understanding of responsive web design and mobile application design principles;
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail;
• Knowledge of Apple’s, Google’s and General UX/UI guidelines;
• UX/UI knowledge in designing for multiple screens and devices;
• Nice to have: experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain, proficiency in emerging technologies, experience in previous design leadership roles.
