• Design and balance core merge mechanics, including merge chains, generator behaviors, energy balance, and drop rates;
• Develop meta-systems, quest structures, narrative integration, and live-ops events to boost long-term retention;
• Partner with artists, developers, and product managers to ensure feature implementation matches design intent;
• Analyze player data, heatmaps, and feedback to optimize game balance, pacing, and in-game economies;
• Write, structure, and update comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) and balancing spreadsheets;
• Partner with the Lead Game Designer and Game Producer to ensure design efforts align with the long-term project vision.

• Proven track record as a Game Designer with experience in mobile F2P games;
• Deep understanding of casual core gameplay loop design, progression balancing, board management, and live operations;
• Strong comprehension of mobile F2P economies, monetization loops, energy mechanics, and casual player motivation;
• Ability to interpret player data, analyze behavioral funnels, and iterate on features based on metrics;
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Tableau;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong understanding of UX and interaction design for mobile;
• Ability to identify design bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions;
• Nice to have: Experience in Merge, Puzzle, or Tycoon genres.
