The company operates an internal communications and notifications platform integrated across multiple products.

• Track and analyze delivery, open, and engagement rates across various communication channels;
• Monitor and report on communication costs and identify optimization opportunities;
• Develop and maintain frequency capping rules to prevent customer over-communication;
• Build a self-service tool enabling product teams to set up and manage communication campaigns independently;
• Support product teams with communication configuration until self-service tooling is in place.

• 1.5+ Years of experience in a data or analytics role;
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and review complex queries;
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks;
• Strong critical thinking skills;
• High attention to detail and accuracy in analytical work;
• Structured thinker capable of translating business needs into analytical frameworks;
• Nice to have: Experience with product or marketing analytics (push, email, or CRM channels), experience building self-service dashboards or analytical tools.
