задачи
- Own the sales compensation cycle end-to-end, including target setting, bonus calculations, and cascading across sales teams in Amalia, Salesforce, and Workday;
- Design and iterate compensation frameworks, including incentive rules, accelerators, and governance mechanisms;
- Deliver strategic sales planning by modeling 6-to-12-month plans covering headcount, KPIs, targets, and budget for sales and partnership teams;
- Produce deep-dive analyses on sales incrementality, BPO performance, and campaign ROI to inform leadership decisions;
- Manage relationships with senior leaders to ensure compensation decisions are data-driven and fair.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Business Analysis in a sales-driven environment;
- Expertise in compensation design, including target setting, variable pay structures, and accelerators/decelerators;
- Technical mastery of Excel/Sheets modeling and SQL;
- Proficiency with compensation tools like Amalia and CRM systems like Salesforce;
- Ability to use LLM-enabled tools daily to accelerate analysis and reporting;
- Strong strategic business partnering skills with the ability to defend data-driven positions;
- Fluent in English;
- Nice to have: Experience in high-growth tech companies such as fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces.
